Genstrata, Inc., a Delaware corporation, engages the third-party service providers listed below (each a “Subprocessor”) to help deliver the GauntletScore service. Each Subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable Data Processing Addendum.

Notification Policy
We will provide notice before adding new subprocessors. Customers may subscribe to subprocessor change notifications by contacting privacy@genstrata.com.
Governing Law
This Subprocessors page and our subprocessor obligations are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
